- Cardio Club™ is our automatic reorder program. If you purchase a Cardio Club version of any product you will automatically receive additional shipments of product to make sure you do not run out. If you decide to stop automatic shipments, please call within 21 days of the delivery of your most recent order to ensure that we can stop before your next automatic shipment. On returns the product cost and shipping will be refunded, but you will be responsible to ship the product back at your expense for refund. The standard frequency of shipment is two bottles every sixty days beginning 30 days after your first single bottle shipment. You may choose any quantity and frequency by calling our customer service line at 1-800-983-3875. With Arista Nutraceuticals, Inc. your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
